Texas Waterboys is a premier irrigation company that provides installation of new systems, maintenance and repair of older systems, as well as drainage solutions for our challenging soils. When owner Daryl Davis got tired of paying rent and wanted the opportunity to own a building to house his business, he chose Granberry Commercial Properties and High Country Business Park.

Granberry Commercial Properties coordinated land acquisition, financing, design, architectural services and construction for this 3,500 sf building on a site that accommodates secured, screened storage of service vehicles and materials. All of this was accomplished for Texas Waterboys while Mr. Davis continued to run his business during the peak of the irrigation season.

Not only is this new facility more efficient because it was designed specifically for the needs of Texas Waterboys, but the location of High Country Business Park, near the Dallas North Tollway and the George Bush Turnpike, provides its service technicians quick access to all areas of the Metroplex.
