Granberry Commercial Properties provided Four Stars Plumbing with complete "turn-key" development services for its new 15,000 sf building located within the High Country Business Park.  Four Stars Plumbing has been providing service and installation to residents and builders for over 40 years. 

As their business grew they needed to expand their office space, add more warehouse space and provide secured screened parking for vehicles and materials. Granberry Properties handled financing, land acquisition, building design, and construction while owners Tony Reeder and Tammy Hodges continued to operate this successful Carrollton based business. 

As a part of the expansion, Mr. Reeder and Ms. Hodges opened Basins & Brass, a premier showroom featuring an extraordinary selection of plumbing fixtures (many of them operational in the showroom) and building hardware.  The Basins & Brass showroom provides the homeowner "one stop shopping" for plumbing and hardware fixtures for new construction or remodeling.
